This 5473 square foot Central Texas residence is designed on a river in the rural outskirts of Seguin. The Vision of the homeowners was to have the house, visually and physically, connected to the exterior and interior spaces were to be free flowing, metamorphosing into each other. This contemporary house uses commercial steel to express form and function. The home has four bedrooms, four full baths and a guest half-bath downstairs. In addition to the primary residence, the detached garage & carport is over 2000 square feet and is connected by a steel bridge.
